In signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you reviewed and accepted our services at the rates (prices) quoted. You also acknowledge that you have read and accepted the cancellation policy appearing below. So long that the services quoted are provided, you agree that you will not dispute the charge or rates quoted once the tour program or service(s) are accepted by you. Cancellations: For cancellations received more than 45 days prior to departure, a fee of US$200.00 per person will be charged (plus any applicable air cancellations). Cancellations received between 31 and 45 days prior to departure, a fee of $250.00 per person will be charged. Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to departure will be charged 25% of the tour cost per person. Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days prior to departure will be charged 50% of the total tour cost per person. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to departure will be charged 100% per person. There may be special payment and cancellation policies incurred during holiday periods and for certain cruises and special packages. No refunds will be given for unused portions of tour components or hotel stays.
